Good News — There's Nothing to Ship

All American Mahjong products are 100% digital downloads. There are no physical items, no packages, and no shipping involved — which means no shipping costs, no waiting for delivery, and no worrying about a package getting lost in the mail.

How Delivery Actually Works

The moment your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an email with instant access to download your files. Depending on what you purchased, this may include your E-Book, your Playbook reference sheets, or both — delivered as PDF files you can save, view, and print right away.

What If I Don't Receive My Email?

This is rare, but if it happens:

  • Check your spam or promotions folder — sometimes automatic delivery emails land there first.
  • Double-check the email address you used at checkout.

Still nothing? Contact us with your order number and we'll get your files to you right away.

Can I Access My Files Again Later?

Yes — your purchase includes lifetime access. If you ever lose your files or need to re-download them, just reach out through our Contact Us page → and we'll help you get back in.
