1. Tickets & Tours

• All tickets, passes, and tours purchased through WanderAthens.com are non-refundable.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled experience are non-refundable.
• In case of event or tour cancellation by WanderAthens or the service provider, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

2. Changes & Rescheduling

• You may request to reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time, subject to availability.
• Some experiences may have restrictions on rescheduling; these will be clearly noted at the time of booking.

3. Refunds

• Eligible refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
• Refunds do not include any service fees or transaction charges, unless the cancellation is initiated by WanderAthens.

4. Special Circumstances

• In the event of natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances affecting the booked experience, WanderAthens will offer either a full refund or an alternative date.
